Cry, Beautiful

We all have those days, we all have those moments when you just need to cry. Let it out!! There's nothing better than releasing stress and tension while letting go of emotion.  It's not good to hold it in.  We all deal with hormonal changes whether it's due to the teen years, monthly hormones, pregnancy hormones, postpartum hormones, or menopausal hormones . . . or if you're just having a cloudy day.  Prevent and stop more crying wrinkles by copying what I'm doing in the picture below. Rest your head in your hands, lean up against a table or desk or if nothings near the floor, and cry into your hands while using your palms to separate your eyebrow muscles so they don't clenched together.  When you cry, look in the mirror and notice the face you were making and how you were holding those muscles for a long period of time. Then when you're done crying look at those lines in between your eyebrows. I bet you they're going to be a little bit more pronounced. This is a great way to get out your emotions without aging those lines!! After you're done crying, rinse your face with water - or at least underneath your eyes - and apply moisturizer because tears dry out your skin.
