On The Daily

Morning
Wake up, rinse face with ice cold water and no face wash. (The cold water will help produce collagen).
Don't forget to drink your lemon water!
Apply face cream to face and neck with SPF!!  Don't get the cream too close to your eye!
Use the remainder of what's on your hands for your elbows and hands

Apply Makeup after your cream has set in.

After applying your make up, take a Q-tip and wet the tip. Find some great outside lighting and use the wet Q-tip to get the makeup out of your eye wrinkles, eyebrow wrinkles, and frown lines. It's not good to let makeup sit in these lines all day, the wrinkles will just get bigger. After you remove the make up from your lines, smooth it out to blend so you don't see a bunch of white lines around your face.

Afternoon
Drink lots of water throughout the day.

If you venture out in the sun remember to apply an SPF 50 to your body, wear a hat or a visor, and try and stay in the shade as much as possible.  You are only supposed to get 15 minutes of unprotected sun daily for vitamin D absorption.

Evening
In the evening, cleanse with a cleanser. I don't like wearing any waterproof makeup, because it's just an extra hassle at night when you want to get it off.  Who has the time for that. See what products I use under "favorite products."
After cleansing apply a moisturizer that fits your skin type.
(DO YOUR FACERCISES HERE- see videos under "secrets")
For lines, I like to apply a Retin-A wrinkle cream or an alpha hydroxy acid serum.
I'm torn about eye creams, because I haven't come to a conclusion whether they do anything different than just using your night cream under your eyes. Sometimes I use one, and sometimes I just use my regular night serum.

Put a clean pillowcase on and enjoy your rest. For your skin, it's probably better to sleep on your back or on your side with a pillow between your knees. Once your hair touches the pillow, your pillow will have hair grease on it, and if you sleep on your stomach, that grease will now go on your face. Sleeping positions of course should be altered depending on health conditions and pregnancies.  So do what's best for you.
