On The Weekly
Monday - Normal Routine (see Daily)
During the weekend you might have partied or strayed off your normal eating pattern! Lets do a Manuka Honey Mask to calm your skin and make it happy for the week ahead!
Put on your honey mask during your evening routine after cleansing your skin. (See "Oh Honey Honey" in "secrets").
After washing off with a warm, wet washcloth, use a tiny bit of cleanser to remove the excess honey. Proceed with the remainder of your daily evening routine, including your night serum, eye cream (optional) and wrinkle cream. Remember to apply moisture to your face and neck.
Tuesday
See Daily for your basic routine. Give your wrinkle creams a rest and let nature step in - switch up your normal night cream with some extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil! (Section on Olive Oil and Coconut Oil Coming Soon)
Wednesday
Happy Hump Day!
Lets head to the "spa" tonight with a Plain Yogurt Mask! Grandma Jo swears by it!
(Daily Routine as usual)
After cleansing your skin, apply 2 layers of cold plain yogurt from the fridge. Go watch some TV; you'll know when to rinse it off! When you feel its tight and dry, wait 5 min, and do the same with your honey. Use a warm washcloth in circular motions with a small amount of Cleanser and rinse. Keep following (Daily) and the follow with moisturizer (wrinkle cream optional).
Thursday - (Daily Routine)
No changes
Friday - (Daily Routine)
Lets end the week once every other Friday with an exfoliating face scrub! Get off all that nasty dead skin and let some new cells grow!! (See fav products) Exfoliate during your evening routine so your face isn't red all day! Cleanse before and after and follow with moisturizer.
Saturday and Sunday (Daily Routine)
Reminder to wear SPF 50+
Wear hats, sunglasses, visors - stay in the shade when possible. If drinking, limit your alcohol consumption as much as possible, alternating with water! Trick everyone and have a mocktail if you can!
DO NOT SLEEP IN YOUR MAKEUP, EVER, EVER EVER! I DON'T CARE what your excuse is!!! It will age your skin!!!! Try and get sleep. They don't call it "beauty sleep" for nothing!! Limit salt intake and try and have some good old fun!!!
